The Journey That Got Me Here
Spring is in the air, and so are some brand new things over at meghanhoule.com! That’s right, I’ve been taking the start of this year to dig deep and pull out the real essence behind the Meghan Houle Method, and I’m so excited to finally share it with the world.
As you may know, my journey to get here was not easy.
I spent 20+ years working as a senior-level recruiter in the luxury, specialty, and consumer retail industries. For years, I placed high-achievers in their dream jobs and built high-performing executive teams, helping everyone from globally recognized corporate brands to solopreneurs create profitable businesses.
I did this by getting the right people on the right teams with my expert talent development strategies.
But it was navigating through my own day-to-day struggles that drove my passion and desire to live well, be free, and uplift others.
Today, I continue to coach career executives and business development professionals with credibility, confidence, and charisma. And I’m proud to say that I’ve gotten hundreds of people back to work, making more money with less stress – even through a pandemic!
So, what’s new at MHM?
For starters, I’ve completely up-leveled my coaching programs in order to meet my clients exactly where they are at. After all, how else are you going to authentically own your own story if we don’t address your current situation and pivot potential, first?
Certification and Accreditation
I am now a fully ACC Accredited Career and Business Coach! This means I am now able to work with individuals at all levels to get clear on their why, set up strategic action plans to reach their goals, and breakthrough any mindset limiting beliefs to show up as their most authentic selves. This has allowed my path of service in supporting people through career and life goals to continue.
